What’s been happening:

Chief, Government Research Contract Management, for 27 years through 1997 at the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, Bethesda, MD, before retiring from the federal government. Director of Contract Operations from 1997 through 2007 at SCCI, a defense contractor, located in Frederick MD. Currently semi-retired with advisory role at SCCI and other government contract consulting on a part-time basis. Married with two daughters and four grandchildren. My wife, Barbara, and I are Disney fanatics and spend several weeks each year in the Orlando, FL area.
